Sirdalud Tablet 4 Mg is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used for painful muscle spasm when treatment has been medically selected. Its active composition is Tizanidine hydrochloride equivalent to tizanidine 4 mg per tablet.

The dose must be started and adjusted individually. Swallow the prescribed dose with water at the scheduled times. Avoid alcohol, driving and other sedating medicines until the personal response is known; do not stop prolonged use abruptly.

Sleepiness, dizziness, weakness, dry mouth or low blood pressure may occur. Seek care for fainting, very slow heartbeat, severe weakness, yellow skin or breathing difficulty. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
