Tylenol Suppository 350 Mg is a paracetamol suppository for fever and mild to moderate pain when the rectal route is appropriate. Its confirmed composition is Paracetamol 350 mg per suppository; pack of 10 suppositories.

Select a suppository strength that gives 10–15 mg of paracetamol per kg of body weight per dose. Insert rectally every four to six hours when needed, with no more than four doses in 24 hours, and do not combine with another paracetamol product.

Rectal irritation, nausea, rash or allergy may occur. Excess dosing can cause severe liver injury. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
