URGO Mouth Ulcers & Small Mouth Wounds Filmogel® is a protective liquid dressing designed to relieve pain quickly and support healing of mouth ulcers (canker sores) and small mouth wounds.

How Filmogel® Technology Works

Filmogel® is a next-generation liquid dressing technology developed by URGO. It contains a natural-origin polymer that, on contact with air, forms a flexible, invisible and odourless protective film over the affected area while delivering active ingredients directly where needed.

Ingredients

Cellulose derivative, mineral acid, carboxylic acid, alcohol, water, flavor, sucralose.

Format

6 ml bottle + spatulas (up to 60 uses).

Directions for Use

1. Use the spatula to apply the product.
2. Wipe one side of the spatula on the bottom rim.
3. Apply Filmogel® to completely cover the mouth ulcer or small mouth wound.
4. Let dry for 10 seconds until a protective film forms.
5. Repeat as needed, up to 4 times daily, preferably before meals.

Precautions

• Do not use for major aphthosis (sores larger than 1 cm) or herpetiform ulcers (very small sores in large numbers).
• Do not apply to infected wounds, burns, or deep lesions.
• Do not use if you are allergic to salicylate derivatives.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to lack of clinical studies.
