Zahra Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy when taken correctly and consistently.

Ingredients: Each active tablet contains drospirenone 3 mg and ethinylestradiol 30 micrograms.

How to use: Take one tablet daily at the same time for 21 consecutive days, following the blister order, then have a 7-day tablet-free interval before starting the next pack. Starting instructions and management of missed tablets depend on cycle timing and should be confirmed by a healthcare professional. It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Important safety information: Common effects include nausea, headache, breast tenderness, mood changes and irregular bleeding. Combined hormonal contraceptives increase the risk of blood clots. Do not use with current or previous thrombosis, certain migraines, severe liver disease, hormone-dependent cancer, uncontrolled hypertension, or smoking from age 35. Urgent symptoms include chest pain, breathlessness, leg swelling, sudden vision or speech change, or severe headache.
