Ingredients / composition:
Active ingredient: rivaroxaban 15 mg per film-coated tablet. The local product may contain lactose and other tablet-core/film-coat excipients; consult the current Zarlan leaflet or carton for the complete excipient list, especially if you have an allergy or intolerance.

Recommended use:
Take exactly the dose and duration prescribed. The 15 mg tablet must be taken with food and swallowed with water. Take at the same time each day. Do not stop, skip, double or change the dose without medical advice.

Warnings and disclaimer:
Serious bleeding is the main risk. Seek urgent care for uncontrolled bleeding, black stools, blood in urine or vomit, coughing blood, severe unexplained headache, marked weakness or a fall/head injury. Tell every doctor and dentist before procedures. Interactions include other anticoagulants, antiplatelets, NSAIDs and medicines that strongly affect CYP3A4/P-gp.
