Mr. Tumee Melatonin Gumee contains 1 mg melatonin in each pectin gummy to support occasional sleep timing. The 60-gummy bottle is a dietary supplement, not a sedative medicine.

Why it is used:
May help shorten sleep-onset time when sleep schedule is temporarily disrupted. Paediatric melatonin should be used only after a paediatric clinician evaluates sleep habits and the child's needs.

Ingredients and components:
Per gummy: melatonin 1 mg. Other ingredients: organic tapioca syrup, cane sugar, water, citric acid, coconut oil, carnauba wax, fruit-juice colour, natural flavour, pectin and sodium citrate.

How to use:
Chew 1 gummy once daily shortly before bedtime, only at a consistent sleep time and exactly as the pack/clinician directs. Do not take another dose during the night.
