Active Iron is an iron supplement that supports haemoglobin and red blood cell formation and helps reduce tiredness associated with iron deficiency. Its whey-protein formulation is designed to be gentle on the stomach, although digestive side effects may still occur.
Active Ingredient
Each capsule contains 25 mg of iron as ferrous sulfate.
How to Use
Adults and children over 12 years: Take one capsule daily with water or fruit juice. It may be taken on an empty stomach if tolerated.
Only take two capsules daily when directed by a healthcare professional—one in the morning and one in the evening. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 should consult a doctor before use.
Other Ingredients
Whey (milk) protein, hypromellose capsule shell, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, chlorophyllin, sodium acetate, acetic acid, ascorbic acid and polysorbate 20.
Free from gluten, artificial colours and artificial flavours. Contains milk.
