Ingredients / composition:
Per sachet: L-carnitine tartrate 3,450 mg (providing L-carnitine 2,000 mg), acetyl-L-carnitine 1,000 mg, vitamin C 180 mg, coenzyme Q10 40 mg, zinc 20 mg, folic acid 400 mcg, selenium 100 mcg and vitamin B12 3 mcg; also sucrose, fructose (about 2,000 mg), citric acid, flavor, acesulfame K, sucralose and silicon dioxide. May contain derivatives of gluten cereals, soy and milk.

Recommended use:
Take one sachet in the evening. Continue daily for at least 3.5–6 months during preconception planning, or until the partner becomes pregnant. Do not exceed one sachet daily. Men with diagnosed fertility problems should use it within a clinician-led care plan.
