Flen Health Flaminal Hydro Wound Gel 50 g
An enzyme alginogel dressing for wounds with light to moderate exudate. The gel absorbs wound fluid while maintaining a moist wound environment and supporting wound cleansing. Hydro is selected according to the level of exudate, with a suitable secondary dressing and a wound-care plan; it is not a general skincare moisturiser.

Key ingredients and components
Alginate 3.5%, macrogol, hydroxypropylcellulose and an enzyme system containing glucose oxidase, lactoperoxidase, glucose and guaiacol. Also includes potassium sorbate, potassium iodide, buffer and purified water.

How to use
Clean and rinse the wound, then dry carefully. Cover the wound bed with a 4–5 mm layer and apply a suitable secondary dressing. Check daily and replace if leaking or the gel is no longer intact. Follow your wound-care professional’s plan.
