Gliptacin 50 mg Tablets contain vildagliptin, a prescription medicine used alongside diet and exercise to help manage blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. Each pack contains 28 tablets. Use only as directed by your doctor.

How to Use
Take Gliptacin exactly as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Depending on other medicines and kidney function, a doctor may prescribe 50 mg once or twice daily; do not exceed 100 mg daily. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless the next dose is near—never take two doses together.

Common Side Effects
These may include headache, dizziness, trembling, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach discomfort, heartburn, muscle or joint pain, swollen hands or feet, increased sweating, itchy rash, blurred vision, sore throat, runny nose or fever.
Low blood sugar may occur, particularly when Gliptacin is combined with insulin or a sulfonylurea.
