Novirax Cream 15Gm contains aciclovir 5% for topical treatment of recurrent cold sores on the lips and face.

Ingredients: Active ingredient: aciclovir 5% w/w in a topical cream base.

How to use: Apply a thin layer to the cold sore and surrounding skin every four hours, five times daily, for five days. Start as early as possible; if not healed, continue up to five more days. Wash hands before and after.

Important safety information: Temporary burning, stinging, itching, dryness or flaking may occur. Contact dermatitis or allergy is uncommon; stop use and seek urgent care for facial swelling, breathing difficulty or a severe rash.
