• Each tablet: olmesartan medoxomil 40 mg, amlodipine 10 mg and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Ingredients / composition:
Active ingredients per tablet: olmesartan medoxomil 40 mg, amlodipine 10 mg (as amlodipine besilate), hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. Tablet-core excipients: pregelatinized corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate. Film coat includes polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol/macrogol, titanium dioxide and talc; iron oxide colour may vary by strength. Check the local leaflet.

Recommended use:
Take 1 tablet once daily at the same time, with or without food, exactly as prescribed. Swallow with water. Avoid grapefruit/grapefruit juice unless the prescriber specifically says otherwise. If a dose is missed, take the next normal dose; do not double.

Warnings and disclaimer:
Prescription medicine. Can cause dizziness, low blood pressure, ankle swelling, headache, increased urination and changes in kidney function, sodium, potassium, uric acid or glucose. Monitoring is important. Seek urgent care for facial/throat swelling, fainting, severe breathing difficulty, sudden eye pain/vision change or severe persistent diarrhea/weight loss. Tell the doctor about kidney/liver/heart disease, diabetes, gout, lupus, dehydration and all medicines including other blood-pressure drugs, lithium, NSAIDs and potassium products. Avoid in pregnancy; especially contraindicated after the first trimester. Hydrochlorothiazide increases sun sensitivity—use sun protection and report suspicious skin changes.
