Pan Q Syrup 120mg/5ml 100ml is a paracetamol liquid for reducing fever and relieving mild to moderate pain in children. Its confirmed composition is Paracetamol 120 mg per 5 mL oral solution; 100 mL bottle.

Shake well and measure with an oral syringe. A usual paediatric dose is 10–15 mg/kg per dose every four to six hours when needed, with at least four hours between doses and no more than four doses in 24 hours; the measured volume must match this product’s concentration. Do not combine it with another paracetamol product.

Nausea, rash or allergy may occur. Excess dosing can cause severe liver injury; urgent medical assessment is required after an overdose even when no symptoms are present. Seek medical, dental or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
