PanaNatural Cough Syrup 128 g is a natural medical-device cough syrup that forms a protective layer over the upper-airway mucosa to soothe dry and productive cough. Its confirmed composition is Polifractin M.A. plant complex 0.75% w/w from ribwort plantain, marshmallow and agrimony, with honey 25% w/w; also contains cane sugar, water, blackberry and lemon juices, essential oils, xanthan gum and gum arabic.

Shake before use. Children over 3 to 6 years take 5 mL twice daily; children over 6 years take 10 mL twice daily; adults take 10 mL two or three times daily. When necessary, the age-appropriate dose can be taken up to four times daily. Wash the measuring spoon after use.

No specific adverse effects are expected when used correctly. Stop use for intolerance, rash, facial swelling, wheezing or breathing difficulty. Each 5 mL contains about 4.5 g of sugars.
