Panadol Baby 250 mg Suppositories 10's is a paracetamol suppository for reducing fever and relieving mild to moderate pain in children when the rectal route is suitable. Its confirmed composition is Paracetamol 250 mg per suppository; pack of 10 suppositories.

Insert one suppository into the rectum after confirming that 250 mg is appropriate for the child’s body weight. A usual paediatric paracetamol dose is 10–15 mg/kg every four to six hours, with at least four hours between doses and no more than four doses in 24 hours; do not combine with another paracetamol product.

Rectal irritation, nausea, rash or allergy may occur. Excess dosing can cause severe liver injury; urgent medical assessment is required after an overdose even when no symptoms are present. Seek medical, dental or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
