How to use: Rest quietly for five minutes. Sit with your back supported, feet flat and arm supported at heart level. Fit the cuff to your bare upper arm, start the measurement and remain still without talking. Record readings taken under similar conditions. Use the triple-measurement mode when checking for an AFib indication.
