Pic OneRAPID Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor combines the monitor and cuff in a compact, tubeless design. It measures during inflation and connects to Pic Health Station for tracking readings. A rechargeable battery supports use without disposable batteries.

Components: Integrated upper arm cuff for a circumference of 22–42 cm, digital display and rechargeable battery. Stores up to 200 readings for each of two users and includes an irregular heartbeat indicator.

How to use: Rest quietly for five minutes. Sit with your back supported, feet flat and arm supported at heart level. Fit the cuff to your bare upper arm, start the measurement and remain still without talking. Record readings taken under similar conditions. Select the correct user before recording readings. Do not measure while the device is charging.

Precautions: For adults whose arm circumference fits the cuff. Not validated for pregnancy or pre-eclampsia. Home monitoring does not replace diagnosis or medical follow-up. An irregular heartbeat indication is not a diagnosis of AFib. Do not change medication without medical advice.
