Recommended use:
Place a rice-grain-sized smear on a soft toothbrush. An adult should gently brush the child’s teeth for 2 minutes twice daily, morning and evening. Spit or wipe away excess and rinse as age-appropriate; use only a small amount and teach the child not to swallow toothpaste.
